Wiki Pioneers UK specializes in creating, editing, and managing Wikipedia pages for individuals, businesses, and organizations in the UK and worldwide.
By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
While we strive to create content that meets Wikipedia’s guidelines, Wikipedia is an open-source platform, and we have no control over its editorial decisions. Wikipedia editors and administrators may modify, delete, or revert content at any time. Wiki Pioneers UK cannot guarantee that any page we create or edit will remain live or unchanged after publication.
When you engage Wiki Pioneers UK, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information necessary for the creation or editing of a Wikipedia page. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or misrepresent facts.
Wikipedia is governed by strict neutrality policies. The content we create must not promote the client, organization, or product. Wiki Pioneers UK will not create or edit content that could be deemed promotional, biased, or unsubstantiated. Clients are expected to cooperate with these guidelines to ensure compliance with Wikipedia's standards.
It is the client's responsibility to provide all necessary information and sources, and to ensure that the information is accurate and up-to-date. Wiki Pioneers UK will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided by the client.
Wiki Pioneers UK will collaborate closely with clients throughout the Wikipedia page creation or editing process. We will provide guidance and transparency at each stage, ensuring that the client understands Wikipedia's policies and how they impact the final content.
Before starting any project, Wiki Pioneers UK offers an initial consultation to discuss the client’s needs, assess the viability of the project, and explain Wikipedia’s guidelines. This consultation does not guarantee that a Wikipedia page will be accepted by the platform.
Once the project begins, we will research and draft the Wikipedia page or make requested edits based on the information provided by the client. Clients are encouraged to review drafts and provide feedback in a timely manner.
Once a Wikipedia page is published or updated, it may be subject to further edits or scrutiny by Wikipedia editors. Wiki Pioneers UK offers page monitoring services to ensure that changes made by third-party editors do not negatively impact the content.
Clients agree to pay for the services as outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Payments are typically required in advance, either in full or in instalments, as specified in the contract.
The fees for our services are determined by the scope and complexity of the project. The service agreement will include a detailed breakdown of costs. Any additional services requested after the agreement has been signed may incur additional charges.
We accept payment through various methods, including:
All payments must be made in GBP (British Pounds), and any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.
If a payment is overdue, Wiki Pioneers UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is received. Any delays caused by late payments may impact project timelines.
Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as part of the service agreement. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of the project’s completion. Any changes requested after this period, or revisions that exceed the agreed number, may incur additional charges.
Revisions are intended to ensure that the content aligns with Wikipedia’s standards and the client's original request. Wiki Pioneers UK will not make changes that conflict with Wikipedia’s neutrality policies or guidelines. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that revisions will be approved by Wikipedia editors.
Clients may cancel their project at any time before the work begins and may be entitled to a partial refund, depending on the stage of the project.
Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:
No refunds will be provided once a Wikipedia page has been submitted or edited unless Wiki Pioneers UK is at fault.
Wiki Pioneers UK is committed to protecting client privacy and confidentiality. All information provided by the client will be used solely for the purpose of completing the project and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure that client data is securely managed. Clients have the right to request access to their personal data, and we will provide such access in accordance with UK data protection laws.
All content created by Wiki Pioneers UK for the client remains the property of Wiki Pioneers UK until full payment has been made. Upon full payment, ownership of the content transfers to the client, subject to Wikipedia’s open-source licensing policies.
Wiki Pioneers UK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the publication of Wikipedia content. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, revenue, or reputation.
Our website may include links to third-party websites. Wiki Pioneers UK is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on these websites. Access to any third-party website is at the user’s own risk.
Wiki Pioneers UK will not be held responsible for any delays or failures to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, or changes in Wikipedia policies.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration under UK law.
